MR GRADE PLYWOOD

IS:303-1989

MR Grade Plywood is moisture resistant interior grade plywood made from high quality hardwood veneers and is bonded with superior grade Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) resin. This gives our plywood strong enough to resist warm water up to 8 hours and can be used in hot and humid climatic conditions. This grade of plywood are mainly used for panelling, interior partitions and furnishing.

BWR GRADE PLYWOOD

BWR Grade Plywood is manufactured by bonding hardwood core veneers together using high quality Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins with the Pre-Press Technology. The high strength hardwood veneer and the superior boiling strength add extra stability and durability to the product to resist boiling water, cold water and climatic variations. It is also chemically impregnated for better resistance and to impart termite and borer proof properties. These grades of plywood are widely used for kitchen cabinets, wall paneling, furniture, hoardings, exterior and semi exterior works.

BWP GRADE MARINE PLYWOOD

IS:710-2010

BWP Grade Marine Plywood is made from 100% hardwood timber and is bonded with undiluted Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured BWP quality plywood is given chemical treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process. The result is a Boiling Waterproof Plywood that is highly resistant to attacks from all types of micro organisms and extremely severe weather conditions.

concrete shuttering plywood and film faced shuttering plywood is manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards namely IS 4990. It has a very smooth surface and is also resistant to water and cement mixture. It is made from special tropical hardwood veneers which are 100% glued for extra toughness and bonding in order to withstand the loads and forces encountered during the pouring of concrete and vibrations.

Fire Retardant Plywood has been developed through extensive R & D and a specialized manufacturing process. The low flammability, low rate of burning and higher flame penetration time provides "Safety' and "Comfort" in the adverse event of a Fire. Afire retardant is a process in which plywood is specially treated with chemicals which have fire retardaning properties.
